Local Marketing
We set up your local presence on Google and Facebook, write five ready-to-run ad variations for your business, and tell you exactly who to target — so your marketing budget actually does something.
$250 one-time setup · Optional $100/mo retainer for ongoing ad copy · Add to any web package for +$150
What's Included
Here's exactly what we build for you — whether it's a standalone project or bundled with a new website.
Get found on Google Maps
Most people searching for a local service click one of the top three map results and call from there. If your business isn't in that list, you're not getting those calls — no matter how good you are.
What we do
The result
When someone searches "[your service] near me" or "[your service] [county name]," your business shows up with your hours, phone number, and reviews — ready to be called.
Look the part on Facebook
If someone hears about your business and looks you up on Facebook, what do they find? A personal-looking profile with no reviews and a cover photo from 2019 sends them straight to a competitor. A real business page builds trust before they even call.
What we do
The result
A page that looks professional, complete, and legitimate — so potential customers trust you before they've ever spoken to you.
Ready-to-run ads, written for your business
Generic ad copy doesn't work. "We're the best! Call us today!" gets scrolled past. Good local ad copy sounds like a real person talking to a neighbor — specific, credible, and relevant to where they live.
What we do
The 5 angles we write
Trust
"Family-owned since 2003. Licensed, insured. Serving Morgan County for over 20 years."
Speed
"Same-day service available. Call before noon, we're there today."
Price
"Free estimates. No surprise fees. You'll know the price before we start."
Local
"We live here too. Proud to serve Pike County — not a call center in another state."
Urgency
"Spring AC tune-ups are booking fast. Grab your spot before summer hits."
The result
Five ads you can run today or save for when you're ready — written to actually get a response from people in your area.
Stop guessing who to reach
The biggest reason ads don't work isn't the copy — it's that they're shown to the wrong people. "Target everyone in [city]" burns through your budget fast. We narrow it down so your money reaches the people most likely to call.
What we do
The result
A clear, written targeting plan you can hand to anyone who runs your ads — or follow yourself without having to guess.
Optional Add-On
Ad copy gets stale fast. What worked in January doesn't land the same way in July. The monthly retainer keeps your messaging current — seasonal promotions, new services, updated angles — without you having to think about it.
3–5 fresh ad variations
Every month, written for your current season, promotions, or focus
Updated targeting
Adjustments as you learn what audience and timing is working best
Direct line
Questions about your ads, your page, or what to try next — just ask
The retainer is month-to-month — no contract. Cancel anytime.
Who It's For
You're invisible on Google Maps even though you've been in business for years
Your Facebook page looks abandoned, unprofessional, or like a personal profile
You've tried running Facebook or Google ads and wasted money without results
You have a website, but it's not generating any calls or leads
You're new to the area and need to build local visibility fast
Most of your business still comes from word of mouth and you want to change that
This works for any local service business — contractors, shops, restaurants, medical offices, law firms, real estate, and anyone else whose customers are searching locally.
The Process
Most setups delivered within 3–5 business days.
Fill out a short intake form — what you do, where you operate, who your typical customer is, and what makes you different. Takes about five minutes.
We build or audit your Google and Facebook profiles, write your five ad variations, and put together your targeting plan. No back-and-forth required on your end.
Deliverables come through your client portal. Review everything, request one round of changes, and you're ready to run.
FAQ
Yes — our fee covers the setup, profiles, and copy. Your ad spend goes directly to Facebook or Google and is fully under your control. You can start with as little as $5–$10/day and scale up once you see what works. We'll tell you where to start.
We'll audit what you have, fix what's broken, and optimize what's already there. We don't make you start over — we make what exists actually work. If there are duplicate listings on Google, we'll track them down and get them merged.
The profiles alone drive real organic traffic — people searching Google Maps, looking you up on Facebook, checking your hours. The ad copy is there when you're ready to invest in paid reach, but it's not required. Plenty of businesses see a meaningful difference from the profile setup alone.
Most setups are delivered within 3–5 business days. The one exception is Google Business Profile verification — if Google requires a postcard to verify your address, that can take up to a week. We'll walk you through it when it happens.
Yes, with minor adjustments. Facebook ads tend to be a bit more conversational; Google Ads have stricter character limits. We'll flag in your deliverables which variations are best suited for which platform.
Each month you get 3–5 fresh ad copy variations — seasonally relevant, updated to reflect anything new in your business, and written to keep your messaging from going stale. You also get a direct line to ask questions and updated targeting recommendations if your audience changes.
Yes — adding the marketing package to any of our web design tiers is just +$150 on the setup fee. The monthly retainer for hosting and support stays the same. It's the most cost-effective way to get both done at once.
$250 gets your Google Business Profile and Facebook Page set up right, five ad variations written for your business, and a targeting plan you can actually use.
